1. Online Consultations

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time. You may reschedule or cancel by contacting us at +91 7678452050.

  • No cancellations or refunds will be permitted within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation time or after the consultation has been completed.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule once without any charge, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Additional rescheduling or last-minute changes may incur a fee or may not be allowed.

Refunds

  • Refunds for cancellations made in time (before 24 hours) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • No-shows

    • Missed or incomplete sessions due to incorrect user information

    • Dissatisfaction with astrological outcomes (as results are interpretive and not guaranteed)


2. Astrological Products (Gemstones, Yantras, Rudraksha, etc.)

Order Cancellations

  • Orders for physical products can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped or personalized (energized or customized).

  • No cancellations are accepted once the product has been processed, shipped, or energized (as per your order request).

Return & Exchange Policy

This website is a demo website made for internal testing and trial purposes, Please do not consider the information on the website to be true and refrain from gathering any information from it. The organization shall not be made liable for any losses made through this demo/testing website. Due to the spiritual and personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy except in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective product received

  • Incorrect item delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase and photos of the damage/defect

Non-Returnable Items

  • Energized or personalized products (e.g., gemstones charged with mantras)

  • Items used for religious or spiritual purposes


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges, customs duties, and transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable.


4. International Orders

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for international orders unless the item is received in a damaged or incorrect state.

  • The customer is responsible for any customs duties and return shipping charges for international returns (if applicable).
