  • Refunds are only applicable in case of technical failures or if the session is canceled by us. No refunds will be issued once a session has been completed or for dissatisfaction with the consultation.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate birth details. No refunds will be issued for incorrect information provided by the client.
